Excellent?weekend of weather down in the Lakes. I was on a first-aid “Outdoor Incident Management” course with Vital Signs?run by Nick Green. Interesting course with plenty of scenarios.

Popped out to Shepard’s Crag on saturday evening and soloed a couple of easy routes on a lovely summer’s evening.

?Randomly bumped into Tracy and Keith?at the Lakeside Theatre in Keswick and sent them off to Quayfoot buttress – Keith led the classic Vdiff of the crag – Quayfoot buttress -?they?report a lovely routes and a top afternoon!?
